Orlisha Antoinette is the Principal and Founder of Amplified Philanthropy LLC, bringing more than 16 years of nonprofit leadership, fundraising, organizational strategy, and philanthropic experience to her work with mission-driven organizations.
Throughout her career, Orlisha has worked at the intersection of strategy, leadership, philanthropy, and organizational sustainability—helping nonprofit organizations strengthen their revenue, build organizational capacity, engage stakeholders, and translate ambitious goals into action.
As a nonprofit executive and consultant, she understands that sustainable impact requires more than a compelling mission. It requires strong leadership, engaged boards, clear strategy, aligned resources, and the organizational capacity to execute.
Her approach is collaborative, practical, and rooted in equity. She works alongside boards and executive leaders to create the clarity and alignment needed to make meaningful decisions and move organizations forward.
Orlisha holds a Master of Public Administration and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).
Her philosophy is simple: nonprofit leaders shouldn't have to navigate complexity alone.
