Welcome to Amplified Philanthropy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). 1. Services Offered

Amplified Philanthropy provides consulting services, including but not limited to fundraising strategies, organizational development, board governance, audits, grant writing and coaching.

Services will be tailored to client needs as outlined in a signed agreement or scope of work.

2. Engagement Terms

Scope of Work:

Each client engagement will include a mutually agreed-upon scope of work detailing services, timelines, and deliverables.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms, including fees, due dates, and payment methods, will be specified in a signed contract. Late payments may incur interest or penalties as outlined in the agreement.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary information, staff, and resources to facilitate the completion of services.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership:

Any materials, strategies, or deliverables developed during the engagement remain the intellectual property of Equity Philanthropy Advisors unless otherwise stated in the agreement.


License:

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their internal purposes.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, financial data, donor lists, and internal organizational documents.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our consulting services are provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranties of success. While we strive to deliver high-quality results, success depends on various factors, including the client’s implementation of recommendations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equity Philanthropy Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.

7. Termination

By the Client:

Clients may terminate services at any time with written notice. Refunds for unused services, if applicable, will be governed by the terms in the signed agreement.

By Amplified Philanthropy:

We reserve the right to terminate an engagement if the client fails to meet payment obligations or breaches any terms of the agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any agreements are governed by the laws of the state of Maryland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
